With this, we come to our Continuing Blog, "Vishuddhi Yoga Dham".
Vishuddhi Yoga Dham, is an integral part of the "Shiv Shakti Guest House".
The Dham, was started with the motto, "Poor Breathing to Proper Breathing", said by Maa Krishna Shobhna.
It is managed by Mr. Nitin Agarwal (Manager/Owner of Shiv Shakti Guest House) and is located around 160 metres from the Laxman Jhula, and is in the Hotel Dharam Yatri Niwas.
The Yoga Teacher in the Dham is Yogi Prashant, who has been practicing Yoga since the last five years.
The Dham offers various courses from which people can choose according to their comfort.
They offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Yoga Courses.
The Teacher Training Course is very famous, consisting of 200 hours of training. It is certified from the YAI, and very accurate.
They provide Free Morning and Evening Hatha Yoga Classes on all days.
The timings being 08:00 am to 08:00 pm.

You can learn Yoga in a matter of 3, 5 and 7 days (according to your time)

Contents - Yoga, Pranayam, Meditaton etc.
The 5 day Yoga Course
Duration - 5 hours
Course Fee - Rs. 1000
The 7 day Yoga Course
Duration - 7 hours
Course Fee - Rs. 2500
